1) Overview
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or order number is required.

Please include your order number and reason for return.
Important: Returns must be authorized first. Do not send items back before receiving return instructions and an RMA numberβunauthorized returns may be refused.
2) How to start a return
- Email support@sangreman.com with your order number and reason.
- If approved, weβll send your RMA number and return instructions (return address and packaging guidelines).
- Ship the item back within 7 days of approval and share the tracking number.
Return shipping costs are the customerβs responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or we shipped the wrong item. In those cases, weβll cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping.
3) Damages & issues
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Weβll make it right with a replacement or refund.
4) Exchanges
For the fastest service, return the unwanted item (once authorized). After approval, place a new order for the item you want instead.
5) Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Final-sale/clearance items
- Used items (including items showing wear, scratches, or missing parts/packaging)
- Hazardous materials / flammable liquids / gases (not typical for our products)

6) EU 14-day cooling-off period
If your order ships into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags. Proof of purchase is required.
(If an order contains multiple items delivered separately, the period runs from the last delivery.)
7) Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, weβll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, weβll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Banks/card providers may take additional time to post the refund.
- If 15 business days pass after our approval and you still donβt see the refund, contact us at support@sangreman.com.
8) Shipping fees, duties & failed deliveries
- Outbound shipping fees (what you paid to get the order to you) are non-refundable, unless we made an error or the product was defective.
- Import duties/taxes are set by your country and are non-refundable by us.
- Refused/undeliverable parcels (wrong address, not collected) may be refunded minus shipping and any carrier return fees once received back in acceptable condition.
9) Where to send returns
Returns are accepted only after authorization. Weβll confirm the correct return address in your approval email.
