Shipping Times
We ship worldwide, but let’s be realistic: some places are faster than others.

  • Tier 1 Countries (fast shipping): πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡Ί European Union, πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ United Kingdom, πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ United States, πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦ Canada, πŸ‡―πŸ‡΅ Japan, πŸ‡ΈπŸ‡¬ Singapore, πŸ‡²πŸ‡Ύ Malaysia, πŸ‡°πŸ‡· South Korea, πŸ‡¦πŸ‡Ί Australia, πŸ‡³πŸ‡Ώ New Zealand, πŸ‡³πŸ‡΄ Norway, πŸ‡¨πŸ‡­ Switzerland.
    ⏱️ Usually 7–15 business days.
  • Tier 2 Countries (everywhere else): Around 10–25 business days.
  • If you live in the middle of nowhere (hello, remote islands 🏝️), add a few extra days.

Express Shipping
In a hurry? Choose our Premium Express (DHL / UPS / FedEx) option at checkout. Orders normally arrive within 5–9 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping is free on orders over €75.
  • Otherwise, shipping is calculated at checkout based on location and method.

Tracking
Every order comes with a tracking number because we know you’ll want to stalk your shaker’s every move. Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with the link.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • EU, UK & US customers: VAT is calculated at checkout (no surprise fees at the door).
  • Rest of the world: Your local customs office may demand tribute. Sadly, that’s out of our hands.

Delays
We try to deliver cocktails, not excuses. But shipping times can be affected by customs delays, strikes, pandemics, or Mercury being in retrograde. If your order seems lost in space, email us at support@sangreman.com and we’ll sort it out.
