Free Cocktail Party Planner
SANGREMAN · FREE HOSTING TOOL
Your party.
Considerably less guesswork.
Choose your drinks. Set your servings. Get one shopping list, an ice estimate and a plan for behind the bar.
01 / THE OCCASION
Start with your numbers
You choose how many servings to prepare. This is a shopping calculation, not a drinking recommendation.
Include alcohol-free drinks in your total. Guest count is for planning only; it does not set a consumption target.
02 / YOUR MENU
Three drinks. Plenty of character.
Pick up to three recipes and set the quantity for each. Different guests can have different drinks.
Serving counts below drive the shopping list. A larger menu does not multiply the number of guests.
03 / THE PRACTICAL BITS
Allow a little breathing room
Ice figures are editable planning assumptions. Heat, ice size and technique change the amount needed. Ice for coolers or bottle buckets is additional.
THE PLAN / READY WHEN YOU ARE
Your bar, accounted for.
One shopping list
Shared ingredients are added together. Edit bottle / pack sizes to match what you buy. Quantities assume you are starting with none.
| Ingredient | Required | Bottle / pack size | To buy / prepare |
|---|
Liquid measures use ml and US fl oz (1 US fl oz ≈ 29.574 ml). Juice is listed by volume; fruit yield varies. Dashes are counted, not converted into an invented volume. Syrup ratios describe preparation, not interchangeable ingredients.
Garnish & glassware
Garnishes are counted as pieces to prepare. Glassware counts assume all planned servings are served at once; reuse can reduce the number needed.
Ice & essentials
- Water and additional alcohol-free choices to suit your guests.
- Food, napkins, clean glassware and space to keep ingredients cold.
- Separate clean serving ice from used shaking or stirring ice.

How the Cocktail Party Planner works
Choose from eight recipes in the Sangreman Cocktail Library or our alcohol-free Lime & Mint Fizz. Set the servings for each drink, and the planner combines ingredient quantities into a shopping list. Bottle counts round up to whole containers using the sizes you select.
These are ingredient requirements before ice and dilution, not a finished batch recipe. Shaken cocktails still need shaking; sparkling mixers go in at service. Taste and adjust fresh ingredients as usual.
