Choose the size that matches the recipes you make most often, or take the four-piece set and remove almost every plausible excuse for eyeballing a pour.
Accurate measurement matters particularly in short cocktails where a few millilitres can noticeably change the balance between spirit, citrus, sugar or bitters. The familiar double-cup shape keeps the tool simple: fill the required side, level the measure and pour.
